Quotation&Pricing

All quotations&Pricing, unless otherwise specified, are made subject to Yourfoils’ Standard Sales Terms. 
Quote is comprised of costs & shipping fees as well as Handling fees if necessary. Normally we won’t accept
“Freight Collect”.

Validity 

*Stock order as per “Stocklist” updating.

*Custom Order is valid within 45days since the day of quote.

Pricing

We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice once quotation period is out of date.

“Pricing Net” means customer has to make full payment to our account as indicated on FPI.

Order Confirmation

All the Orders are subject to the acknowledgement of Yourfoils’ Formal Proforma Invoice(FPI).

All confirmed Custom Orders can not be cancelled after Yourfoils makes FPI to customers because productions 
is arranged to start on the date of forwarding FPI to customer.

Shipping&Delivery 

Shipping

We ship goods by courier door to door by FedEx, UPS or DHL,Yourfoils reserves the right to execute shipment 
from any one of them, designated courier is not acceptable unless otherwise as agreed by both prior to shipping.

Delivery time 

Stock items, approx. 5-7days

Custom order as per confirmation of FPI.

Quantities& Packages

Quantities

For stock items, the customer shall accept +/-5% ordered quantites.

For Custom order, we reserve the right to ship goods quantities with tolerance +/-10%.

Packages

We will do our best to make sure goods are packed safely, if customer has any additional packing request, 
please let us know earlier.

Terms of Payment

Yourfoils’ normal terms of payment are advance T/T and WESTERN UNION, appologize we can not accept 
PayPal. Any other alternative terms of payment are to be agreed with us by FPI.

Returns & Claims

Returned goods

No goods will be accepted for return without prior permission. We will only accept the goods which is in good 
state as Yourfoils shipped to customer without any further treatment or processing.

Claims

Any claims in related to goods damage in transport must be informed to us in writing at the date of receipt of 
goods. Clear photos idnetification is required firstly. Any other claims in regard to short delivery, incorrect 
materials,sizes, tolerance must be forwarded to us within 3days since receipt of goods. All the packaging to be 
kept in orginal state for our inspection. We will make an instruction list that ship a replacement free of charge 
if it is our responsibility, but our liability for any such claim shall not exceed the cost of the goods.
